Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.

Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after processing.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delivering at the incorrect address. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will make it right.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Guarantee: We stand behind every bottle. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
